Once again we must understand that exercising is not just something we do because were told to, but doing it for understanding the benefits that come along with it. Just like School, going makes you smart, so you sometimes maybe most of the times hate going but you understand the result at the end of the road. But with exercise there is no road or getting there point. It’s understanding  the same benefit throughout your life.

1.      Physical Dimension – your level of susceptibility to disease, body weight, visual ability, strength, coordination, level of endurance, and powers of recuperation equating health with the design and operation of the body.

2.      Emotional Dimension- the degrees to which you are able to cope with stress, remains flexible, and compromise to resolve conflict. How you feel about your family and friends, goals and ambitions, and daily life situations is all tied to emotional health.

3.      Social Dimension – Your ability to identify your skills or insights. This type of interaction enhances the social dimension of health for both.

4.      Intellectual Dimension- Your ability to process and act on information, clarify values and beliefs, and exercise your decision making capacity is one of the most important aspects of total health. Coping skills, flexibility, or the knack of saying the right thing at the right time.

5.      Spiritual dimension- This dimension focused on your relationship to other livening things, the role of a spiritual direction in your life, the nature of human behavior, and your willingness to serve others. Cultivating the spiritual side of you health may help you discover how you fit into this universe.

So take one day at a time to learn and understand your body, that is unlike no ones else in the world. These 5 principles become strengthened when consistent with exercise
